NOTE FLIPPER PROGRAM:
I am interested in finding an inexpensive note flipper program similar to the one that Jerry Norton is offering. Please help.

Complete and utter garbage. Not knowing who this guy actually is I Googled him and watched his registration video. There is not much reality in his claims.
Note investing is HIGHLY competitive and just because it is new to him or you doesn't mean the rest of the world hasn't ever heard of it. We have an entire banking industry based on investing in loans.
In the video he wants folks to go find notes to potentially purchase and drag them back to his group in his "Buyer's Program" for them to potentially bid the loans. He claims you can make $4,500 to $9,000 to flip the note. Yea, not likely. What does that mean he is going to then charge? Another $4,500 to $9,000 so the buyer pays an additional $18,000 to buy the note? How will this affect the return? Notes are not real property and trying to play a game on some form of equitable upside realized from a discount on the balance will cause the loan to not sell and a seller from not actually wanting to do any future business with you.
We would never allow ourselves as investors nor any of our clients pursue a deal that looks, smells or hints at any type of wholesaling. Loan sales do not actually work that way. This is not real property and messing around with a loan's ownership chain can create havoc in enforcement and collection.
That is aside from the idea that no seller of a loan wants to be involved with that type of program. On any given day there is more money chasing loans then there are loans for sale.
You may want to look around this forum a little more to get a better idea of what the market is really like. Guru programs do not garner a lot of fanfare here.
