Auction Buying and Making Sense of Property Lien search

Have you bought at auction before?  Have you researched the property for liens?  I have not.  I understand I only want propertys with a single lien, so I do not end up paying someone elses debt.  Simple enough.  I have done a quick search with my county recorders office on a " test property".  I want to evaluate several propertys to get the process down and feel comforable.  Here is the search result from the county recorders office on a sample property.  I only see one lien, is this correct?  Should I be searching elsewhere as well?  Appreciate your advise.

@Account Closed Seems you need to learn how to use your local system.  What you posted here doesn't seem to be a lien or a mortgage, but the Deed where someone bought at a sheriff's sale.   You also don't need to limit yourself to "one lien" properties.  There can be multiple liens/mtg.s on a property, but as  long as they are all private, and "behind" the lien foreclosing, and they were notified, no worries.
