Has anyone invested tax lien with REI-Holdings.com?

Anyone who have bought vacant land tax liens in Florida through REI-Holdings.com? They are BBB-Accredited with "A" rating and an NTLA member. I just want to hear your thoughts and/or recommendation on your experiences. 

I have been "burned" a few times by seminar "gurus" in different educational seminars and I am extremely cautious. I just need verification / recommendation, before I proceed. Thank you for your input.
