Looking for recommendation on WA FC trustee

We are preparing to purchase a NPL on a property near Seattle WA which will be going to foreclosure and I'm looking for any recommendations for a reliable and thorough trustee service to handle the FC for us. This is a first position NPL on a residential property, borrowers have defaulted 3x and their balloon payment was due last year. Loan was originated in 2008. Any recs are appreciated.
