Back Door IRA Anyone?

Goal: Stuff my self directed ROTH IRA.

Currently have an employee 401k (pre-tax only I believe), Oregon College Savings Fund (oregon income tax deductible), and no traditional IRA.

Is there anyway to funnel these accounts into my ROTH?

I am aware of two ways: (1) use a employee sponsored after-tax 401k account and roll it over to the ROTH or (2) roll you traditional IRA into a employee sponsored 401k the roll again into the ROTH.

So the quesrion is, is there another way? If not I would be interested in other what I could do with the 401k.
