GOOD OR BAD BUY & HOLD DEAL
I have a three family that needs total rehab. The acquisition and rehab will cost $180K-$190K. The property is worth $225K-$250K. The property is in a "C", "C-" area. Rental income is $3,700, has off-street parking. There are distressed properties in the neighborhood. The property will have a 15% ROI at 60% of rental income. I am trying to get a feel from investor how they would look at this deal.
