Do you buy notes from the "Note Store"?
Hello BP,
I'm currently listening to podcast 28 Note Investing. My area market is saturated with investors and investing in Notes sound like something I might consider. Where do you buy notes from? I did a search online, and there are many "Note Stores". Are these site okay? What sites or places do you recommend?

Make sure you get all the paperwork and most notes from a broker will be around 40% of the UPB. Just remember to do a title search and make sure the seller is on the deed as the lien holder not acting as a pass through.
My 2cents,
Joe Gore
