When Creating Seller Financed Notes

Curious to know if anyone here when creating seller financed notes make it a condition that the borrower holds title in the name of a trust?  Wondering how you might be able prevent liens from being attached to a property in the event the borrower  defaults on a credit card, hospital bill etc
