National Tax Lien Association (NTLA)

I was looking at this website and they say they're a non-profit organization. They offer educational training to learn about tax certificates and tax liens. They also offer a membership with perks. I was wondering if anyone has used their resources or are a member? I have been searching online and it seems most of what I am finding are just slick gurus trying to take my money.

If this is the organization that has a national conference in Florida every year, I think they are legit.  Never been to a conference.   For FL info I would look at Sandra Edmonds out of Palm Beach.  She does have some YouTube videos to get a taste of her knowledge and training.   In the past it appears she has had some good training...maybe 2-3 day training including some property visits.

I've never taken a class from her and don't know her personally, but she seems to be knowledgable about Florida.

There are tons of free YouTube videos on this subject. Some go pretty in depth.

I emailed them and they responded back as a seemingly legit group.  My schedule didn't work out last year, but I wanted to attend the conference mainly to network and find lenders that work with tax lien/deed investors.
