I am starting out and as I am browsing, there is a deal that I dont really understand: 

581 La Salle St, Redlands, CA 92374 | MLS #11174210 | Zillow

Could anyone explain the deal to me? And if you decide to get on the deal, I would love to shadow you just to learn about the process.
