Servicer asking for quit claim deed
My servicer asked for a copy of the quit claim on a note. Is that normal? And should it be a copy but not the original? Thanks for any info provided.

Is it Madison? Doesn't really matter but I've been getting some requests like that form them recently. Servicers get audited and need to be sure the collateral files are in order. I would guess they would like a copy of the recorded deed.
