Do I have to pay the taxes every year once I win the bid
I recently won the bid for the tax certificate but I heard I get the property after three years if the redemption period is over. Every year I get tax bill and they said that I should it if not then another tax lien certificate happens. Does that mean I have to pay it behalf of the owner? How does this process works? If multiple certificate are given out????
