Builders attention!!! Trying to quitclaim deed out a vacant land with nuisance liens

I just bought a land in Jacksonville, FL area via tax deed sale with nuisance liens. Now I try to get rid of it at a low price. If you were a builder or wanna build your own home, the city can wipe out the nuisance liens if you spend $60K on construction. Please send me a message for Re number.
