There is a Paper Source convention coming up in Las Vegas at the end of April. (https://papersourceseminars.co...

I'm looking for feedback on these meetings. I am a fairly experienced flipper and wholesaler but want to begin moving money into buying/trading notes and have little experience.

Would this be a useful convention for me and if so - what should I pay the most attention to?

If there are other similar events nationally that you would recommend - can you mention them here?  Thanks!

The paper source convention is pretty good and pretty cheap ($450-500). I've been there in the past. It is pretty good for newbies especially. It is a good place to network and to get some basic understanding of how notes work. I have not gone in awhile since I find it a little basic sine been in the note biz for over 10 years.  There are more advanced conventions and notes depending on if you're looking at nonperforming notes there is a NPL conference in Florida and in California each year which is sponsored by IMN.  Just look up IMN conferences.  They have a conference for every type of real estate and notes.  I love to talk and teach notes ( see free newsletter) so reach out with any questions.
