1 SFR in expensive markets vs multiple SFR's in affordable markets
What types of investors choose SFR's in expensive markets? I understand the appreciation is a great upside but isn't having negative cash flow for a few years because the rents dont cover the loans very risky / a huge headache.
Couldn't it be less complicated and equally beneficial to choose multiple cash-flow-positive SFR's in less expensive markets vs 1 high priced SFR in a popular city?
