Anyone have experience researching Delaware (Sussex and Kent County) sheriff sales?

I'm prepping for two auction sales and welcome any insights people have on ways to ensure properties don't have additional liens or encumbrances on them.  The County websites have lots of info but the recorder or deed website doesn't have a lot of info on this regard.
