I'm new to real estate investing, planning to scale my portfolio starting next year. Would love to hire a CPA for a full year but cannot justify the cost since I'm just starting out. Does anyone know any investment savvy CPA who I can consult with by paying a small fee, once in a while?

Can you be more specific? Do you need advice on taxes? Investments? A CPA may or may not be the type of person who can provide the type of advice you're looking for.
