Refinancing a Tax lien property

When is it possible to refinance a tax lien Property you have bought? Is it the same as a house you bought. 6month to a year with a bank or is it like someone giving you a quit claim deed and can refinance instantly. If someone could answer this question for me it would be greatly appreciated.

Any redemption period where you are?  How fast can you get title insurance.  That's probably going to be the key.....many places it might be 2-4 years depending on how your state works either lien state or deed state.  I would ask your favorite title company.
