Arkansas Tax Delinquent Properties

Account Closed
Posted

Hello! I am looking into tax delinquent sales in Arkansas and having no luck at the county clerk office to see about liens on a specific property. Can anyone give me a recommendation on a good place to get a title search or maybe i'm missing somewhere at the county to look. They basically kept sending me to different departments and no one could help me.

I have been doing as much research as i can on tax delinquent properties but it can get overwhelming. Any specific tips on Arkansas tax delinquent properties are VERY WELCOME!!!!

Thanks so much y'all!

What county in Arkansas are you looking at? And have you looked at the Commissioner of State Lands website? (Also on FB.) They've been very helpful whenever I had questions.
