tax deed address. Finding owner and tax details

Hi! I've taken a new interest in purchasing tax deeds. I found an abandoned house in my area and I have the address but I'm not sure how to find out who owns the property,  or whether they owe taxes on the property. I tried the county GIS website and couldn't find any details. is there any other way to find out tax info and ownership info?
