Contacting Banks to buy notes...

Hello is there a particular way to contact banks to try and buy performing and non-performing notes or can I just call the mortgage dept or loss mitigation dept and say I would like to buy the note on a particular address? or when dealing with banks do I have to buy in bulk or can it be one note at a time?

Appreciate all your help!

PS as some of you know I am passionately seeking a mentor. Please send me a message if you would take this quick learning, smart working newbie, who has basic concepts down but has a ways to go, under your wing.

Not a productive use of time to find notes to buy. Talk to Dave Van Horn, Dion & Joe Gore to buy notes from them.
