Looking to invest in a hard money pool

I have an initial 100k and wanted to make a relatively conservative investment without muddying my hands too much ie I'm looking for a reputable RE company (public/private) in AZ - preferably Tucson) with a successful track record who'd take good care of my money and allocate it into some form of investment pool. (I don't necessarily need to see an immediate income return so I guess I'm open to short/longer term possibilities) Does such a vehicle exist where one could reasonably expect to receive a minimum of 5% ROI with low to moderate risk? If so, I'd be happy to hear some recommendations and also open to advice from the elder sages here. TIA
