Warranty deed after quitclaim - good title or future liability

Can I sell a 1 acre lot and transfer title to buyer via general warranty deed when I received ownership of the lot through 1. a divorce agreement stating ex and sister as joint owners shall deed property to me and quitclaim their interest and 2. A subsequently executed and recorded quitclaim from ex and the sister for said property.
