There is a class action lawsuit against the City of Warren regarding their practices regarding rental property inspections. If you own or have owned rental property in Warren you may be able to join the class. Here is a link to the suit:

A good friend and associate just beat a few rental cases in Warren, he runs a Builders Training school in Michigan and is highly educated in the subjects. HE challenged them on the fact the rental inspectors are not licensed building inspectors with the state as required by the state and won his cases.
