What are some good rental locations to invest in michigan?
I'm just getting started in the the realestate field and would like some suggestions for good towns or cities to invest in the state of Michigan.

Here in Metro Detroit the "ring cities" we have a solid mix of $80-$120k purchase price, 1-1.5% deals or so, $200-$350/door, 10-14% ROI, "Good investment areas". Can go a little more aggressive (higher ROI/Cash flow and "lower" location), or a little more conservative (lower ROI/Cash flow and "higher" location) depending on your preference.
Warren, Redford, Harper Woods, Taylor, Lincoln Park, etc.
