Anyone rehabbed and flipped a Detroit Land Bank home?

Posted

Hello, I recently purchased a home through the DLBA in the Dexter/Grand Blvd area. I have too many projects going on at this time and haven’t decided if I want to flip the property or just transfer my interest because DLBA only give 6 months. Any ideas on what I should do?

@Tylor Christian-Allen I don’t think DLBA will allow you to assign your contract or flip the property as-is, you signed a development agreement right? They’ll probably just take the property back if you don’t perform.
