Great contractor or project manager in Detroit

Arieh Schwartz
Posted

Hello everyone

I'm an overseas investor focused on the Detroit market. I would like to get into flipping houes in Detroit and I'm looking for recommendations regarding local crew, contractor or project manager who can coordinate such a project skillfully on time and on budget. Really appreciate your input on the matter.

You’ll have better luck on Facebook with the “Metro Detroit Real Estate  Investors Group”. Everyone on there is hyper active in the metro area.

That being said, I’ve watched many many out of country investors lose their shirts in Detroit. The market there is one of the most hyper local I’ve ever seen (property values and success vary on a street by street basis). You need to have a conversation with a rockstar agent first, before finding any contractors or project managers.
