Posted

I just purchased a single family property..currently it’s occupied and I will have to legally evict the owner that foreclosed on the property. I purchased in the 48224 zip code property is  just off 94 highway exit.. I purchased for $13k. The property is rentable once I get the previous owner out.

@Jordan Jones Hey man it’s going... Due to the memorandum for eviction,  I’m unable to do anything right now. But soon as courts open back up, I’ll be getting them out of there. Let me know what you decide. Stay safe.
