20yo Furnace Replacement in Detroit---any recommendation?

Hey guys, it looks like my 20 yo gas furnace in my rental property is dead. Is there any contractor you would recommend in Detroit and what will be roughly the cost? The house is 1,500 sqft, 2 stories with basement. What will be the best choice for a rental property? Maybe go with a used one? Thanks
