Got a quit claim, house is now foreclosed

I just recently bought a duplex for $1500. Buyer scheduled to close before taxes foreclosed on the property. Long story short buyer didn't close, house is foreclosed. 7k due on back taxes in total. $2400 for foreclosed years.
