Looking to connect with professional investors in Detroit Metro

Hi all,  

I'm new again to the area.  Went to school here in the 90s. I currently own several rental properties and am looking to network with people who are investing full time.  I just cashed out of a property out of state and want to move into something locally with the intent of doing 1-2 deals per year.  

I want to hear whats working and whats not in the area. I have a great crew of contractors, reasonably priced, all good friends who do amazing work so if you need any reliable, honest and trustworthy contractor let me know.  Unfortunately none of them are professional investors to show me the ropes locally.
