Seeking advice on Southfield rental property
We are considering to purchase a rental property in Southfield. We're just learning that we have to apply for something called a certificate of occupancy - does anyone have experience with this?
Also, we are thinking of asking $1100 for rent, for a completely renovated house 3beds 1 bath. Is this reasonable? Can we get qualified tenants in this area? Its located just south of 12 mile and east of Greenfield Rd.
Thanks!
