Need suggestions on lenders in Metro Detroit
I am a Detroit expat who's been gone to NYC for 15 years. I am coming back now to invest in real estate. I am looking to purchase in the suburbs where there is currently a higher owner occupancy rate. Particularly Novi, Northville, Plymouth and Canton. Thus I am not looking to do an all cash deal. I need a mortgage.
Can someone recommend:
1. local mortgage co's/lenders to apply with?
2. Suggestions on if I should get a traditional loan or a line of credit (the goal is to buy, rehab and sell...hopefully within 90 days).
Thanks so much!
Shawn

Hi Shawn, I know of several local lenders. Feel free to PM me and welcome back!
