Hello,

I'm looking for referrals for Detroit area agents.  What I am looking for in an agent is that they are seasoned, have a strong pulse on the local market and has investor experience.  I am a buy and hold investor of small/medium sized multifamily properties, and would prefer someone with experience in that particular niche.
