Looking for a cleaning crew to clean houses after rehabs

I need a person or a crew that can clean houses after rehabs in westland, garden city, livonia. i have been using different companies for the last 10-15 houses between rehabs and tenant move outs. i keep having issues like "not doing a good job; telling me they are experienced, but are not; not wanting to do the work anymore; etc, etc.

just to tag the surrounding areas- redford, novi, canton, wayne county, farmington hills.

btw, the current cleaning bills average around $200 per house. not sure if this is too much or about right, but companies i have used in the past charge about $33 per man hr.

any leads would be appreciated.
