MultiFamily Syndication in the Boston Area

Hey All, 

I'm a 21 yr old newbie investor looking to get into multi family properties. Lately I've been doing research on raising capital for deals through syndication. I'd be interested in shadowing/interning for an investor that has experience with syndication or is currently running a syndication. I work as a sales assistant for an agent and have experience with online marketing, so maybe that can be of value to whomever I can work with.
