Hi, I saw this great property in Plymouth which is currently listed for $239k - 4 beds, 3 baths, almost 3000 SF. I would love to partner with someone who flips houses in Plymouth, MA, if anyone has experiencing flipping properties in that area. I think the main challenge is it might need a new septic system.
