Finding next location to buy Multi-Family
Hey guys,
So I just purchased a multi-family property in the Waltham/Newton area. Everything I had in the bank was used for the down-payment Was wondering if anyone had any advice on where i should be looking to buy next, seeing that I don't have a huge stash to work with. I am trying to buy my next property within 2 years. Thanks guys.
