Meet up Central to the Boston/Cambridge Area

Hello All,

I have looked on MeetUp, the BP Event page, and the Internet at large, and all the Real Estate Investment get together I have been able to find, are beyond the city limits of Boston and Cambridge. Which isn't a bad thing, but currently I'm unable to make any of them.

Thus, I would like to know if anyone knows/attends any get together that are within the city limits/accessible by the MBTA? And if not, is there interest in starting one?

Understand that where a group holds it's meetings doesn't necessarily reflect the geography of where the attendees invest.  In fact it usually doesn't.
