Hello BP family. Wonder if I could get your help. I am looking to work with some realtors to add to my own crew. What should i be looking for and what questions should i be asking them to see if they are a good fit for my crew?

You should be looking for an agent (like me) that is willing to work with rehabbers.

You need an agent who will find properties, prepare comps, show disgusting, abandoned properties in sweltering heat (which I've done for the last two days in almost 100 degree heat) and submit lowball offers.

Many agents won't.  That's because there are so many who have seen "Flip This House" and are convinced that the job can be done in 30 minutes, including commercials.

Then, when the time comes to pull the trigger, they hold back.  The fear of making a decision stops them in their tracks - and time after time, someone else buys and rehabs the property.

These folks, nice though they are, can be immense time wasters for realtors.

I'm looking for rehabbers who will use my market knowledge to evaluate an ARV, pull the trigger and list the rehabbed property with me.

PS - In Massachusetts, I cover Plymouth, Bristol and Norfolk counties.  Under the right circumstances, Barnstable too.
