Mortgage Broke/CPA Referrals in SE Mass

Hi Everyone,

My brother and I are currently looking into our first house hack on a 3-4plex unit in Southeastern MA (Bristol County). We currently have a mortgage broker we are speaking with but I feel its important to have several different options and opinions. We are also in the process of meeting with CPAs. Being new to RE, it would be incredibly helpful if any investors in this area of MA could suggest any lending professionals/CPAs that they trust and have had success with. We ideally would like to find someone with which we can build a long term relationship as we intend for this house hack to be the first of many investment properties.
