Young Investor, Planning on House Hacking
Hey Baltimore investors!
I've been renting for the past few years and saving up money to invest in real estate. To get my feet wet I'm planning on house hacking around Baltimore City/County.
My workplace is somewhat farther north (around cockeysville), so I would prefer somewhere closer to 83 if possible. What are some good neighboorhoods to invest in a duplex/triplex and live in one of the units? My price range is 150-250k.
Hampden seems like a great spot (plus there are tons of JHU employees who would rent), but didn't find too many duplexes there.
Thanks,
Asish
