Neighborhoods Vital 15 Statistics Report

Has anyone taken a deep dive into the neighborhood statistics report recently published by the Baltimore  Neighborhoods Indicator  Alliance. 2015 data and some nice  interactive  charts you can use to compare neighborhoods. My neighborhood is  Washington Village/ Pigtown and I would have to say I was pretty  surprised by the numbers  since I must  be oblivious to whats going on there. So here is some rankings for  Pigtown my  great neighborhood.. Is it  wrong I have pretty  high hopes for this place and it seems like a really nice location (conveniences to everwhere).

I am interested if anyone can glean some particular insight from the  rental affordability  index. Is that an indicator of somekind when over 60% of renters are paying more than 30% of income on rent?
