Rents in Hamilton - Looking to buy

I am looking at a multi-family home in Hamilton and I am curious what the rents are for 1 BR and 2 BR apartments.  The 2 BR has LR, DR, Kitchen and basement.  I was thinking that $900- $1000/mo is in the ballpark.  For the 1BR, I was thinking $600 - $700.  It would be great to get a better idea from anyone with rentals in Hamilton.
