Hey BP,

I'm looking at various neighborhoods in Baltimore and I'm curious if anyone else is investing in the Port Covington area.  I'm sure lots of you are aware of the business planned for the area, and it seems like that will clearly help rental prices and home values.  What should I know about Port Covington?  Thanks!
