Permits pulled but how do I know if they passed inspection?
Hey everyone! I'm researching some Baltimore properties that have been rehabbed and permits pulled. My question is, how do I determine if actually passed the inspections? I don't see a prior Vacant Building Notice so from my understanding, I shouldn't expect to see a U&O.
Here's an example:

Thank you!

I’m not familiar with the process but I assume you could contact the permitting department and ask if the permit has been closed out/completed. That couldn’t happen without passing all the permits. You definitely don’t want open permits but I don’t know how you make sure others didn’t just expire, I guess ask.
