Where can I find Flipping Home Insurance - Louisiana

Does anyone know where I can get Home insurance for a flip in Louisiana?

Hi Kera!  I'm not sure about LA in particular, but Oklahoma (City) is considered a high risk area (thanks Tornados and never-stopping Wind!) and the best policies I've been able to find for my flips are usually Fire policies through SafeCo (owned by Liberty Mutual).  You might try them, and if you find a significantly better option I'd love to know about it!

BTW I find my insurance through an insurance broker who is a fellow investor in my market -- that could be a good connection to have in your target market.
