I've recently decided to get into REI and I'm looking for a wholesaler or fix and flipper in the local market to help teach me about REI. Specially ARV, what a good deal looks like and rehab cost l. I'm willing to volunteer my free time to help so that I can get hands on information. I am a self starter, highly motivated and extremely loyal to those a that help me so your time won't be wasted. BP is a great place to start, Facebook also has a site for REI in NOLA and you can find wholesalers there
