Hi Fellow Investors - We're buy and hold investors aiming for cashflow and looking at some mult-unit apartment buildings in 40214 and 40216. Some of the old forum posts seem positive for those neighborhoods, but I'm wondering if the sentiment is still the same? Also do apartments seem to still be faring well in the current covid environment? Any other input from investors experienced in these areas welcome!
