Investor friendly agent needed
I'm considering the purchase of my first multi-family house in Louisville, KY within a couple of months somewhere between $250,000-$600,000 and I'm looking for an investor friendly RE agent. I'm interested in Old Louisville, U of L area, Highlands, Cherokee triangle, Crescent Hill, probablly St. Mattews. Let me know if somebody can help me with that.
Best regards,
Andrew
Hey @Andrew Melvil, would love to see how myself and my team could help. We are invested in a few of those areas, specifically the Highlands and near UofL. But I am also a native to the city and know the others very well. Feel free to call or email to discuss how I can best assist. Thanks!
Hi Andrew!
I would love to help with the growth of your portfolio. I have successfully managed all facets of multi-family acquisitions for over 6 years and assisted owners with the acquisition and disposition of their asset.
I am available today for a conference call to further discuss your real estate needs. What is a good time for you today?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
Amber Carter
Hi @Andrew Melvil,
Thanks for posting in the forums. However, we do not allow self-promotion, and posts looking for real estate agents tend to generate a lot of self-promotion from the agents on the site.
We've locked this thread so it doesn't get filled with these posts. But , we're not going to leave you high and dry! We've created a place for you to find agents in your area - and the list pulls from agents who are already on our site!
Thanks for understanding.
